Quick and easy pasta carbonara

Half pack of bacon cut into cubes/pieces
-Cook in pan, remove bacon, keep fat in pan.
1 cup of wine
-Add to pan, bring to boil for 3 minutes while stirring.
Thin pasta
-Cook, drain, do not rinse, return to pot
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
3 eggs well beatan
-Add to pasta plus wine/fat mixture and bacon, stir until egg is cook and adheres to pasta
-Serve with some more cheese on top and/or pepper if desired.

Enjoy.

This would make a great addition to a brunch.
